Easter Basket Eggcitment

Easter is literally right around the corner. Last year, Blake was too little to understand all of the cool Easter traditions so this year I have stepped up my Easter game. This post is a sneak peek at Blake’s Easter basket goodies (most of which are available through Amazon Prime). I went ALL IN on the Easter theme for this year’s basket.

Books

Baby Touch and Feel: Bunny Book – Blake loves books. She also loves books with pages that have a texture element. This book is a hard book but has lots of different textures on the inside. You can purchase it here.

Llama Llama Easter Egg – Another hard book that is Easter themed. You can purchase it here.

Happy Easter, Mouse! – Blake has a collection of the “If you give a mouse a cookie..” books (EX:If you give a mouse a cookie, The Best Cookie, If You Give a Moose a Muffin). I couldn’t resist snagging this Easter themed mouse book for her. You can purchase it here.

Crafts

Easter Egg Chalk Set– Contains 12 chalk eggs in vibrant spring colors! I thought these would be perfect for a crafty Saturday morning outside. You can purchase them here.

A Colorful Easter – This is a 8 color paint set and book. At school they sometimes paint, and the teachers said Blake LOVES it. So again, this is another Easter themed crafty present. You can purchase it here.

Crayola Color Wonder Set – These magic markers were a big hit. So, I got her a Color Wonder Ninja Turtle (okay, not Easter themed but who doesn’t love the Ninja Turtles) coloring book, and a new set of Color Wonder markers. (Purchased at Target)

Miscellaneous

Matching Shapes & Color Eggs– Blake loves puzzles, and these are egg puzzles. There are 12 plastic eggs and in the middle of the eggs are different colors and shapes. To put the eggs back together she will have to match the right shape and color. You can purchase them here.

Good Bites Carrot Teether– In keeping with my Easter theme and because Blake is getting 4 teeth right now (molars included) I got her this silicone textured teether. You can purchase it here.

In addition to the Easter basket goodies, we will be flying to Texas for an Easter egg hunt with Blake’s cousins, uncle, and grandparents! Stay tuned for next week’s post about Waco, Texas.
